What is the job about? 

Grundfos supplies energy-efficient pumps and innovative digital solutions for applications across various segments, including domestic and commercial buildings, industries and water and wastewater management. We are known for developing ground-breaking solutions for global sustainability.


As a Senior Sales Developer, you will enable the industry sales team to grow sales within new, or not fully developed applications, products, or industrial verticals.

The role plays an important part in commercial development and within our end-user approach.

Furthermore, you will:

Develop effective and value-adding ways of supporting the European sales organization either on channel approach, products, selected applications, or new verticals; Support the Area Sales teams in identifying new market opportunities for existing and new products in existing or new applications; Be responsible for developing the right go-to-market approach and secure the right supporting and follow-up activities; Support the transformational driver teams (WT, Sustainability OEM, IEM, and Distribution) within the Industry Division in Europe on dedicated projects; Analyse market needs and provide market insights to key stakeholders to steer the sales development within Europe; Be responsible for the revenue and the opportunity pipeline growth of the given project; Act as a functional sparring partner for the Sales Managers and Marketing Business Partners in Europe.

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:

Master´s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a business development role. English and preferably another European language proficiency. Experience from working within key verticals (e.g. F&B, Mobility, Pharma, Clean Energy, or Process Industry) or within the channel OEM, IEM, or Distribution.
