We are looking for a Technical Support Manager, UPM Raflatac EMEIA for a permanent position based in Italy.

What you will do
·You provide technical support for customers and end-users in case of technical challenges from area of converting, printing technologies and application technologies on customers and end-users premises and /or through different communication channels
·You provide immediate technical support in case of critical technical challenges or very complex cases on customers and end-users premises
·You actively contribute in providing outstanding customer claim experience
·You are a partner for customers and end-users in technical discussions, you support new product implementation and product recommendation
·You ensure that customers and end-users received recommendation to eliminate the technical challenge
·You cooperate within Technical Support Team and Sales Team, Quality Department, Specific Business Units and Product Developments to find solution for customer’s challenge and root cause of it
·You actively contribute in building partnership with the customers and end-users
·You actively build relationship and share with the knowledge, support technical training for Technical Support Team, Sales Team and other commercial teams
Who you are
·You have expert knowledge from labelstock’ industry and/or proven experience in converting, printing technologies, application technologies
·You have ability and willingness to provide the best-in-class service for the customers
·You are customer-oriented individual with problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
·You demonstrate excellent communication and networking skills
·You are capable to work in multinational environment in complex organization
·You are capable of traveling frequently
·You are capable to work a time-sensitive situation, prioritize and adjust to a changeable environment
·You are fluent in spoken and written Italian and English
