Customer Service Junior


Le risorse selezionate saranno inserite all'interno dell'Ufficio Customer Service per svolgere servizio di assistenza informativa e commerciale verso il cliente attraverso supporto telefonico, con l'obiettivo di garantirne la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione.


Dovranno, inoltre, gestire la presa degli appuntamenti e la pianificazione e riparazione del planning perizia.


Requisiti indispensabili:

  • Diploma;
  • Pregressa esperienza, almeno biennale, nell'assistenza clienti Inbound nel settore finanziario o assicurativo;
  • Buona predisposizione commerciale;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office.

  • Professionalità;
  • Buona metodologia di lavoro ed attitudine alle pratiche gestionali.

L'offerta di lavoro prevede iniziale Contratto di Somministrazione con possibilità di proroghe.
