- affiancare il responsabile del CRM nella definizione e nella programmazione delle campagne promozionali dirette ai diversi segmenti dei clienti, analizzando il ritorno sull'investimento;

- supportare il responsabile del CRM nelle analisi di segmentazione della clientela;

- monitorare l'andamento del principali KPI creando report aziendali e sashboard;

- monitorare la regolarità dell'attività finanziaria degli utenti secondo le linee guida aziendali;

- fornire strategie CRM;

- assicurarsi che la base di dati dei clienti sia segmentata correttamente per le diverse e mirate attività di marketing;

- elaborare e mettere in atto idee creative;

- impostare le promozioni da back office e assicurarti che funzionino come previsto;

- controllare costantemente sito web e app per assicurarsi che non ci siano problemi che possano impattare gli utenti.
