Le principali responsabilità:
- Sviluppo commerciale strategico - new business;
- Gestione portafoglio esistente e lead generate dal gruppo;
- Supporto nello sviluppo di prodotti customizzati per i clienti;
- Relationship management: intessere relazioni commerciali tramite i propri contatti e referenze;
- Studiare le tendenze di mercato;
- Attività di cross selling.
La risorsa ricercata possiede le seguenti caratteristiche:
- Esperienza pregressa in gestione prodotto, sviluppo commerciale e supporto commerciale;
- Conoscenza dei mercati europei e di prodotti quali Private Equity/IPO/Minibond;
- Ottime capacità relazionali;
- Forte orientamento commerciale e relazionale;
- Eccellenti capacità di scrittura e di conversazione in italiano e inglese;
- Attitudini di project management;
- Disponibilità a trasferte in tutta Italia.
