Costituita da consulenti specializzati di elevato livello tecnico e provata esperienza nel campo delle Good Manufacturing Practices, che hanno approfondito la loro formazione collaborando con importanti aziende internazionali, l’azienda assicura una totale conformità ai requisiti qualitativi dell’FDA e degli equivalenti organismi europei. I servizi riguardano Engineering, Commissioning & Qualification, IT compliance, Process&Quality, Advanced therapies, training GxP.

Business Development Manager – Life Sciences
Stiamo cercando una risorsa che, riportando all’ Head of Sales Department, sviluppi i servizi IT in ambito farmaceutico e healthcare, con particolare interesse agli aspetti di cloud computing, data handling, cyber-security
Il ruolo è caratterizzato da tre principali aree di azione:
Gestione del Cliente
Sviluppare il portfolio con nuovi clienti e prospetti strategici, attraverso valutazioni e benchmark.Intervenire nella negoziazione di importanti condizioni contrattuali e commerciali.
Sviluppare una forte relazione con il cliente implementando nuovi contratti.
Essere un punto di riferimento per il cliente con continui follow-up che permettano di creare una relazione duratura e dinamica.
Gestione delle persone
Essere attivi e coinvolti in prima persona nel processo di ricerca & selezione di nuovi candidati. Avere un ampio bacino di candidati da cui attingere utilizzando tutte le possibili fonti, come segnalazioni dei dipendenti, motori di ricerca online, fiere, eventi ecc. Stabilire una forte relazione con il proprio team di consulenti, attraverso l’aiuto di strumenti HR come piani di ingresso, piani di formazione e strumenti di monitoraggio delle performance.Gestione Finanziaria
Costruire un business plan (Piani a lungo termine, Budget, Forecast) Tracciare e monitorare parametri finanziari come le revenue, il margine operativo, turnover dei dipendenti, gestione della liquidità Gestire i profitti e le perdite del tuo centro di profitto (Investimenti, spese generali, fatturazione delle risorse, processo di fatturazione)

Hai un percorso di Laurea in discipline scientifiche (CTF, Farmacia, Ingegneria, Chimica, Biologia, Informatica) e hai maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza nell’ambito della struttura vendita di aziende operanti nell’area Life Sciences?
Potrai contribuire allo sviluppo del Business, interfacciarti con numerosi clienti ed esprimere il tuo potenziale
