The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests. Duties and responsibilities: - Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.), in full operational autonomy.- Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.- Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests- Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night- Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day- Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift Requirements: - Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages ​​will be considered a plus- Good knowledge of Opera PMS- Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category- Reliability, problem solving skills.
