Per la Business Line Digital Solutions , all'interno del Centro di Competenza Open Source siamo alla ricerca di un/una Consulente applicativo/a CRM , e si occuperà di:


Raccolta ed analisi dei requisiti di business Disegno del modello To Be redazione documentazione di analisi funzionale definizione task per la realizzazione del progetto preparazione materiale training e formazione preparazione ed esecuzione UAT. gestione della relazione con il cliente.

Requisiti

Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in progetti basati su CRM; Buone conoscenze dei processi marketing, sales e service, in ambito B2C e B2B Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team; Buona predisposizione al lavoro sotto pressione e al problem solving; Preferenziale la conoscenza dei processi service e field service; Preferenziale esperienza su Customer insights.
