Job Description:

Definire e standardizzare i processi e le procedure nella gestione lean della logistica di stabilimento
Trasferire ed implementare gli standard logistici di Corporate
Supportare gli stabilimenti nelle attività di re-layout nel rispetto delle logiche LPS implementate
Formare e supportare i logistics engineering di stabilimento
Organizzare internal audit per monitorare i flussi logistici in ogni stabilimento
Minimizzare il material handling per ottimizzare la movimentazione in stabilimento
Definire i criteri e le condizioni per creare il flusso continuo in stabilimento
Definire gli standard e le specifiche per I magazzini interni
Monitorare ed analizzare il Logistics Cost Deployment
Focus su “logistics total costs” (prezzo componente + packaging + trasporto + re-packaging + handling & line feeding + stock)
Partecipare al processo di definizione dei packaging dei fornitori, valutare e proporre soluzioni che rispettano gli standard del Leonardo Production System
Supportare le fasi di ramp up dei fornitori nell’implementazione dei packaging standard
Partecipare alle review techiniche con i fornitori di componenti e sub-assiemi
Progettare ed implementare i milk-run tra fornitori
Partecipare alle attività di Logistics footprint (hub, piattaforme, network)
Proporre e gestire l’implementazione degli standard di trasporto al fine di ottimizzare il trasporto, i tempi, l’affidabilità e la sicurezza
Garantire gli standard operative ed il rispetto dei processi e delle procedure

REQUISITI:

• Laurea triennale/magistrale in ingegneria, economia, gestionale (o cultura equivalente)

• Livello di esperienza : neolaureato / junior

• Background richiesto : esperienza e/o conoscenza dei processi operativi di pianificazione, gestione della produzione e gestione di fornitori interni e/o esterni

• Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese

• Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sul territorio italiano/europeo

• Conoscenza buona degli strumenti informatici più comuni (pacchetto office)

• Conoscenza intermendia delle logiche dei più comuni ERP (SAP preferred)

• Capacità di prendere decisioni al livello opportuno in maniera autonoma

• Proattività
