Requirements

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

-Rispettare gli standard sulla salute e la sicurezza previsti in cucina e riportare qualsiasi problema si presenti.

-Preparare e supervisionare la preparazione, la cottura e la presentazione dei piatti.

-Supervisionare i Commis della propria partita nella preparazione, cottura e presentazione dei piatti.
