Il Commercial FP&A Sr. Specialist sarà responsabile dell'implementazione della metodologia RGM (Revenue Growth Management) nelle aziende del mercato locale, con l'obiettivo di favorire una crescita sostenibile e sviluppare strategie per l'aumento dei ricavi relativi a prodotti e categorie chiave.

Principali responsabilità:

- Sviluppare piani di confezionamento, prezzi e promozioni basati sulle conoscenze dei consumatori, bilanciando
KPI aziendali e dei rivenditori, e tenendo conto delle strategie dei concorrenti.
- Definire le priorità della spesa commerciale per ottimizzare gli investimenti nei segmenti di maggiore potenziale
e nei target chiave.
- Modellare i volumi e le implicazioni finanziarie delle diverse opzioni strategiche.
- Fornire analisi approfondite e allineare i team interni sui risultati chiave e le opportunità da sfruttare,
ottimizzando prezzi, mix e promozioni.

Requisiti:

- Laurea specialistica in Economia o Business.
- 2-4 anni di esperienza lavorativa, preferibilmente con comprovata esperienza in Revenue Growth
Management.
- Esperienza in almeno due delle seguenti aree: Vendite, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management,
Finanza, Sales Controlling o Consulenza Strategica.
- Competenze in modelli analitici e gestione del P&L.
- Conoscenza del settore FMCG.
- Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, incl. Power Pivot, e PowerPoint); competenze in
SAP e BW sono un plus.
- Esperienza con strumenti Nielsen e/o Circana.
- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese; la conoscenza dell'italiano e di una terza lingua è un vantaggio.

- Approccio pragmatico e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
