Summary:

This role will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of Coca Cola’s brand portfolio across Europe OU. Your mission will be to identify portfolio growth opportunities, optimize our existing brand portfolio and lead strategic initiatives that will keep Coca Cola at the forefront of our existing beverage industry. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Commercial, Technical, PACS to ensure our portfolio strategy aligns with our overall business goals. The perfect fit for this role would be a tenured self-starter with a solid background in strategy/ marketing/ commercial, good understanding of consumer, strong analytical & communication skills and ability to work in fast paced environment.

What You’ll Do for Us:

Continue to craft the portfolio strategy in an inspiring, clear way, aligned to Global and Regional strategic priorities, to gain buy-in to deliver ambition, and strongly embedded within cross functional plans. Develop portfolio frameworks to unlock future growth opportunities to be used both across the business and in a vertically aligned manner, using appropriate tools and frameworks. Support innovation workstreams recommending where and how to capture prioritized consumer whitespaces. Provide thought leadership to business partners on a broad range of business-critical portfolio, category or cross-functional topics leading strategic, value creation projects of cross-portfolio nature in absence of owner within FOs or functions. Ensure connection of Portfolio Strategy and Resource Allocation initiatives with strategic growth agenda owning the narrative internally and at System level. Overlay competitive portfolio insights to refine understanding of opportunity and ability to win identifying implications for M&A, partnerships, and new capabilities. Be the owner of best practices in portfolio strategy / management – learning from external companies, publications, reading, and experiments in other operating units in the company.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Finance or related; Strategy consulting background Significant business and/or functional experience in Strategy/Finance related areas Able to influence directly a senior leadership team and able to work in a diverse cultural environment Highly proficient to build relationships, in project management and efficient communicator and influencer Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis Capture and network best practices, import and export good ideas  Multiple top-level interactions and negotiations with senior management team members of KO system Write and present effectively; adjust to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging

Functional Skills

Problem framing and problem-solving: structure and coordinate / lead cross functional/ cross system analysis, initiatives, or efforts. Ease with ambiguity and the ability to carefully work through complex situations Solid business acumen: translate data into insights that help inform key business decisions Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connect the dots to develop a holistic approach Franchise leadership/negotiation: drive better conversations into practical applications Storytelling: Clearly communicate solutions to key stakeholders in well structured, formatted and compelling manner, using a combination of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and other similar tools Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation. Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to challenge the status quo
