Posizione

All’interno della Direzione Products&Services, la struttura Business Training è responsabile della promozione e formazione multi-canale relative a tutti i servizi e prodotti commercializzati dalla Banca nei confronti di due sue specifici target:

- Retail: i clienti, attuali e potenziali

- Rete: i manager e i PFA della rete di consulenti Fineco

In entrambe le aree, da un lato la struttura contribuisce a individuare e valorizzare con clienti e consulenti le logiche di business sottostanti i vari sviluppi e dall’altro approfondisce esigenze e raccoglie feedback che condivide con chi progetta e realizza le varie soluzioni per continuare a migliorarle.

Al fine di potenziare l’attività retail, siamo alla ricerca di una figura junior con almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo di sales oppure account manager in realtà dedite al trading online, che conosce e si interessa ai mercati e agli strumenti finanziari e che segue le evoluzioni del mercato.

Le responsabilità comprendono:

· Produzione di contenuti e strumenti formativi multi-canale per aiutare clienti e prospect a operare con sempre maggiore consapevolezza sui mercati finanziari in ottica di trading e di investimenti;

· Pianificazione (dall’individuazione delle esigenze alla definizione del calendario), progettazione, erogazione, raccolta feedback e rendicontazione di sessioni formative sia in aula che via web;

· Collaborazione con docenti esterni, anche di fama internazionale, valutando la qualità dei contenuti e la soddisfazione dei partecipanti;

È essenziale possedere competenze digitali avanzate per la gestione di piattaforme (Zoom, Webex, Teams) e canali (YouTube, Istagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, ...) oltre che comunicative, con la curiosità di rimanere sempre al passo con le ultime tecnologie di mercato.

Completa il profilo la capacità di monitorare il budget di formazione, gestire le previsioni di spesa e preparare contratti con strutture/hotel, docenti e società esterne, in collaborazione anche con altri uffici.


Requisiti

Laurea in discipline economicheConoscenza delle piattaforme di trading e dei principali prodotti finanziari relativi a trading e investimentiInteresse per i mercati finanziari con competenze in termini di analisi tecnica e fondamentaleOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseAbilità digitali e forte curiosità ad approfondire tecnologie utili a finalità formativeOttima capacità di comunicazione orale e scrittaFlessibilità nel gestire più task contemporaneamentePredisposizione al lavoro di gruppoDisponibilità a trasferte

Completano il profilo un forte orientamento al business e al problem solving, nonché una accurata attenzione al lavoro, una personalità dinamica e proattiva con ottime capacità relazionali e voglia di continuare a imparare e migliorarsi.
