We’re looking for a key Accounts Manager to join our Italian Sales Team.

Youwill become familiar with Innomotics portfolio and related management tool Youwill be part of Innomotics Italy Energy Transition Task Force Youwill have the opportunity to have diversified management experiences in adynamic and autonomous team as well a direct involvement in Innomotics global Salesteam

Your responsibilities:

Contribute,through your support, to achieve overall Innomotics Italy target, together withthe other functions of the organization Buildand promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with themand understanding their needs Createand execute a strategic sales plan aiming to expand customer base Ensurehigh data quality into CRM for own opportunity Assuresales target achievement Assureleadership style even if in no reporting line

YourSkills:

Diploma,Master’s degree in Engineering preferred Knowledgeand proven experience in medium voltageMotors/Inverters/Generators market Knowledgeof O&G Market is a plus. Abilityto communicate at all levels of the organization, showing cultural empathy and trustworthiness Provenability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strongbusiness sense and industry expertise Abilityto read, comprehend, and interpret manufacturing documents, wiring diagrams,component literature, engineering drawings, and testing procedures Teamworkand collaborative approach while able to independently prioritize and completeyour tasks Beready to go out of your comfort zone and leverage every opportunities oflearning Fluentin English and Italian, Availableto business trips on national level and sometimes also international.
