Join our dynamic sales team in Milan as an Account Executive to drive our outbound sales efforts
The Account Executive Outbound is responsible for demos amp; closing deals from outbound leads and can be involved in chasing interesting prospects Led by our Outbound team is still small but growing quickly and we are looking for an adventurer with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to contribute to this growthYoull be a key player in achieving our sales targets and shaping the future of our sales strategy
The position is Based in Milan and you are able to work onsite three times a week

As an Account Executive you will:
Work with the Lead Gen team to identify and research relevant sales targets verticals customer segments etc in Italy; Understand prospects needs and decision process to provide them with the bestpersonalized approach and features; Runpersonalized demos negotiate and close deals Gather market feedback and provide inputs to drive continuous improvement in particular the product features our prospects expect us to develop

About You:
Experience:You have UP to 1 year of being SDR BDR or salesrelated experience You are looking to step up from any of the mentioned titles and this can be your first AE experience Exceptional presentation negotiation and persuasion skills Proven track record in outbound sales with a knack for closing deals Based in Milan able to work onsite three times a week Customercentric: You know how to anticipate clients needs to offer outstanding onboarding bring relevant solutions and build longterm relationships with your clients; Curious mindset: you are intellectually curious openminded adaptable a fast learner and excited by a dynamic startup environment; Resilience: you are combative and you love challenges; Mastery:You have already used a CRM Salesforce would be a significant plus; Languages:You are a native Italian speaker and you are fluent in English
