Dual.Concept S.r.l., a training and employment company of AHK Italien (accredited by M.L.P.S. - ANPAL N. 145/2022), on behalf of a client company, is looking for a National Sales Manager Italy - IT & ENG/ GER (m/f/x) with Italian language at native speaking level and a second language (ENG/GER) at a fluent level (B2-C1).
Depesche is a leading European company specializing in the design, production, and distribution of high-quality stationery, gift items, and creative products. Known for popular brands such as *TOPModel*, *Miss Melody*, and *Ylvi & the Minimoomis*, Depesche continues to inspire creativity and joy across generations. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are now looking for a dynamic **Sales Manager** to oversee our operations in Italy.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and growing market share in Italy. This role will managekey relationships with distributors and retailers, develop and manage new business opportunities, and ensure that Depesche’sproducts are well-represented in the Italian market. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and a passion for the stationery and gift items industry.
What to expect:
- Together with his/her senior Manager recruit and follow up different Sales representatives
- Accompany the sales representatives on the road with their prospection and visits of the customers
- Ask the sales representatives for a daily report and give his superior the results on a daily base
- Manage his/her sales representatives for Italy
- Discuss promotional strategies for the Italian market with his/her senior manager
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and create market share in Italy.
- Identify and approach potential clients in Italy, such as large retail chains, independent stores, online platforms, or specialty shops, to distribute and sell Depesche products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both retail and wholesale sectors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and ensure successful sales agreements.
- Represent Depesche at trade fairs and industry events.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback to senior management on a regular basis.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact for Italian customers.

You make the right fit for the position if your profile fulfills the following requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Fluent in Italian (native) and English (fluent). German or French are considered a strong plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Business Acumen
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Italy and occasionally to the Depesche headquarters in Germany.
