Product Operations Manager

Purpose of Position
Our Product Team is looking for a passionate and dedicated colleague to join them and build world-class products to move the performance marketing industry forward. Product Operations is designed to aid our cross-functional product team to operate as effectively as possible. This role is focused on insights, equipping the team with actionable insights to build products that our customers love.

Key Tasks
In this role you will:
Utilise data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from internal and external data sources, including customer feedback, product analytics, market trends, and sales data.Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements and new product ideas.Drive a team culture of being customer-centric and outcome-driven through frameworks, insights and coaching.Benefits/USPs of this role:

3+ years of experience in (product) operations or business intelligenceData Analytics: Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Strong proficiency in data and product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBI or similar platforms.Change Management: Proficiency in designing and implementing strategies to facilitate change initiatives.Project Management: Manages a portfolio of projects simultaneously and ensures overall success.Product Management: Basic understanding of product management concepts.Active Listening: Ability to actively listen, empathise, and respond effectively to (customer) inquiries, feedback, and requests.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different departments and teams.Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders including senior level.Leadership: Possess strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.Our Offer
