Revenue Manager

Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito nell'ufficio Revenue di BWH Hotels Italia, con un ruolo di supporto e consulenza in ambito pricing e distributivo per gli hotel del gruppo. Avrà un ruolo di analisi delle performance degli hotel, fornendo soluzioni e proposte in un'ottica di miglioramento e crescita. Sarà di supporto all'implementazione delle strategie distributive della catena e nell'inserimento in catena dei nuovi hotel, in un confronto costante con i diversi attori coinvolti.
• Padronanza di concetti del Revenue Management, relativi indicatori e metodologie di applicazione;
• Predisposizione alle relazioni con i clienti e al lavoro in team;
• Capacità di mediazione e facilità di relazione con interlocutori Senior;
• Conoscenza delle dinamiche distributive E-Commerce e di Rate Integrity;
• Uso di extranet e logiche di funzionamento di OTA, GDS e Metasearch;
• Configurazione di Booking Engine e strumenti di Channel Management;
• Conoscenza della lingua Inglese e del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo Excel;
• Capacità analitiche, proattività, flessibilità.
Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:
• Precedente esperienza in analogo ruolo in hotel affiliato ad un gruppo o catena alberghiera;
• Conoscenza di Property Management System e piattaforme di Business Intelligence e Revenue Management.
Tipo di contratto: Full Time
Retribuzione oraria indicativa: 11 - 12€
La retribuzione effettiva potrà essere valutata in base alla reale esperienza del candidato.
