Nel corso degli ultimi 10 anni abbiamo focalizzato le nostre competenze, tecnologie, risorse, partnership ed alleanze strategiche nel settore Cybersecurity, per l’ambito Vulnerability & Cyber risk Management, e nel settore Antifrode, per la messa in sicurezza dei pagamenti digitali, con l’obiettivo di accompagnare le aziende nel processo di Digital Transformation e di supportarle attraverso la prevenzione e il contrasto di minacce informatiche e frodi.
In Italia il Gruppo è presente su Roma, Milano, Bologna e Porto San Giorgio con un team di oltre 160 professionisti tra Dipendenti e Collaboratori, con oltre 150 Clienti attivi.
Nell’ambito del potenziamento della nostra Unit, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Pre-Sales Specialist motivato e competente e con esperienza per unirsi alla nostra squadra.
Mission
La figura selezionata ricoprirà un ruolo importante nel contribuire al successo delle nostre iniziative commerciali grazie una conduzione tecnica del processo di vendita attraverso una consulenza tecnica attenta e mirata ed offre l'opportunità di lavorare con tecnologie all'avanguardia in un ambiente stimolante e in rapida evoluzione.
Responsabilità e attività:
Diretta responsabilità nelle seguenti attività:
Conduzione della parte tecnica del processo di vendita dal primo contatto fino alla chiusura del contratto, garantendo che le soluzioni proposte siano tecnicamente fattibili e in linea con le aspettative del cliente; Analisi delle esigenze dei clienti, mediante raccolta e comprensione dei requisiti specifici dei clienti per proporre soluzioni che corrispondano efficacemente alle loro esigenze; Supporto alle proposte commerciali, collaborazione con il team di vendita per preparare proposte tecniche dettagliate che includano specifiche tecniche, configurazioni consigliate e opzioni di pricing; Risposta a gare d'appalto e RFI/RFP, preparando documentazioni dettagliate che rispecchiano i requisiti e le aspettative del cliente; Dimostrazioni tecniche, predisposizione e conduzione di dimostrazioni tecniche dei prodotti o delle soluzioni per mostrare come possano soddisfare i requisiti del cliente.
Requisiti:
Laurea STEM; Competenza tecnica in almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti: IT Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Financial Risk Management, Digital Anti-fraud; Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di pre-sales o in un ruolo tecnico equivalente nel settore IT; Ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione; Profonda conoscenza delle tecnologie e soluzioni IT correnti; Forti capacità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi; Orientamento al Cliente, flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi al cambiamento e a richieste estemporanee.-
