Experienced – Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Financial Crime FS - Milano/Roma - Risk Advisory Stiamo cercando una figura consultant/senior consultant da inserire nel team Financial Crime FS di Deloitte nella sede di Milano o Roma, che lavorerà in modalità Hybrid.Il business Financial Crime FS è specializzato nello sviluppo delle attività di controllo nelle principali materie Financial Crime quali antiriciclaggio, contrasto al finanziamento del terrorismo, sanzioni internazionali, fraud risk management, anti-bribery&corruption, market abuse, third parties risk management. Your Role La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di: Esecuzione di assessment, gap analysis e identificazione di eventuali gap in ambito AML/CFT rispetto alle leggi e ai regolamenti in vigore; Conduzione di valutazioni organizzative sui modelli di controllo adottati in ambito AML/CFT e sanzioni internazionali e design/review dei target operating model adottati dai soggetti obbligati; Winning Requirements Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Economia, Finanza o equivalente Conoscenza della normativa di riferimento in materia di antiriciclaggio (AML/CFT) e sanzioni internazionali/financial sanction; Conoscenza dei principali tool a supporto dei controlli AML/CFT e sanzioni internazionali; Robusta conoscenza delle attività di controllo in ambito AML/CFT e sanzioni internazionali: adeguata verifica della clientela al momento dell’apertura dei rapporti, monitoraggio nel continuo del cliente, analisi dell’operatività anomala e delle operazioni potenzialmente sospette; Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata; Conseguimento Certificazioni Financial Crime ACAMS: “CAMS”, “CGSS”, “CCAS” e/o Master in ambito Compliance/AML.
