IT on site specialist

La risorsa si occuperà si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• Gestire i servizi di Service Desk nell'area di competenza.
• Risolvere problemi tecnici complessi e fornire supporto al business.
• Collaborare con i team interni per garantire l'integrazione dei sistemi.
• Supportare il team lead nel monitorare la qualità dei servizi IT erogati.
• Gestire la sicurezza delle informazioni e garantire la conformità alle normative.
• Migliorare l'efficienza operativa attraverso l'ottimizzazione delle risorse IT.
• Garantire la sicurezza dei dati e la protezione delle informazioni aziendali.
• Supportare lato IT la realizzazione dei progetti locali
• Supervisione di un team di tecnici IT

Skills:
• Diploma o laurea in ambito informatico o titoli affini
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli IT.
• Conoscenza approfondita di sistemi operativi, reti e sicurezza informatica.
• Capacità di risolvere problemi tecnici in modo tempestivo ed efficiente.
• Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.

Si offre assunzione diretta con contratto a tempo indeterminato
