In questo contesto siamo alla ricerca di un AI Engineer che si occuperà di svolgere le seguenti attività:
- Partecipare attivamente allo sviluppo interno in corso di vari strumenti progettati per migliorare il ciclo di vita del software utilizzando l'IA generativa.
- Coinvolgimento in sessioni continue di apprendimento e formazione per rimanere all'avanguardia nei progressi dell'IA generativa.
- Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per integrare soluzioni di IA generativa in progetti e applicazioni più ampi.
- Progettare, sviluppare e implementare modelli di IA generativa per varie applicazioni.
- Collaborare con il team di R&S per perfezionare gli algoritmi e migliorare le prestazioni del modello. Restare aggiornati sulle ultime novità nel campo dell'IA generativa.
- Fornire competenze tecniche e guidare sviluppatori junior e altri membri del team.
- Documentare e presentare risultati, realizzazioni e sfide ad altri colleghi.
- Conoscenza approfondita di Python e delle librerie Python LLM (Langchain, TensorFlow, Pytorch…).
- Conoscenza approfondita della costruzione dell'infrastruttura del software enterprise.
- Familiarità con i container e l'architettura K8s (Kubernetes).
Sede di lavoro: Milano, Padova, Bari, Palermo
Smart Working: Ibrido e flessibile (3 o 4 giorni a settimana di smart working)
Range retributivo: commisurato in base alla seniority del candidato
