Descrizione del lavoro

Sandro ricerca un(a) Sales Supervisor per il corner di  Rinascente Roma Fiume (30/35h settimanali).

In qualità di brand ambassador, il ruolo comprenderà le seguenti attività:

VENDITE

Sviluppare il fatturato: accogliere i clienti e gestirne le esigenze, orientarli verso l’offerta dei prodotti, offrire consulenza, gestire la cassa e fidelizzare la clientela Fornire assistenza ai clienti anche dopo la vendita: modifiche, resi, reclami Contribuire allo sviluppo del cross-channel: accogliere i clienti, incentivare il cross-selling Contribuire allo sviluppo dell’immagine del brand nel punto vendita

GESTIONE DEL PUNTO VENDITA

Mantenere un punto vendita pulito e attraente Attuare le linee guida di visual merchandising Gestire i prodotti nel magazzino Aprire e chiudere quotidianamente il punto vendita Sotto la supervisione di un responsabile, assistere nella gestione amministrativa

Qualifiche

Il candidato (o la candidata) ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore del prêt-à-porter di alta gamma Passione per la moda e buona conoscenza del settore e delle sue tendenze Ottimo livello di customer service Buono standing e ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali Ottime capacità di lavorare in team e di problem solving Inglese fluente
