Lo students program è uno stage innovativo che ti permetterà di entrare nel vivo delle dinamiche aziendali, di capirle, e di farle tue. Svolgerai uno stage formativo che ti permetterà di sperimentarti come customer care all’interno dei nostri poliambulatori e del servizio di prenotazione.

 

Le possibilità che esplorerai e l’impatto che avrai dipendono dalle tue idee e dalle tue iniziative; sarai responsabile dei tuoi progressi e autonomo nell'ambito delle seguenti attività:

 

  • ricevere le prenotazioni di visite ed esami;
  • prendere appuntamenti;
  • accogliere il paziente ed essere attento alla sua salute e bisogni;
  • fornire informazioni e supporto in merito alla prenotazione e prestazioni.

Sei il nostro studente o neolaureato ideale se:

  • sai ascoltare;

  • hai buone competenze digitali;
  • hai buone capacità comunicative e relazionali;
  • sei empatico;
  • hai cura nei dettagli;
  • crei un clima di fiducia con il paziente;
  • hai cura nella presa in carico del paziente e della sua salute.

Requisiti minimi:

  • disponibile a lavorare su turni dal lunedì al sabato.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Disponibilità Full time (40 h alla settimana).

Cosa offriamo:

Al nostro studente o neolaureato, offriamo un percorso altamente formativo di stage di 6 mesi o 12 mesi, un compenso spese di 800€ per un Full time.

Sede Borgo- Bologna.
