Move-X Silicon Department, divisione di Move S.p.A che sviluppa ASIC per il mercato semiconduttori è alla ricerca di persone di talento e appassionate, che abbiano voglia di crescere lavorativamente. Svolgiamo attività di design per le più grandi aziende di semiconduttori nel mondo in ambito Power Conversion (PMICs, PMUs, LDOs) e Signal Conditioning (MEMS). Caratterizzata da un ambiente molto dinamico e collaborativo, dove le nuove idee sono fortemente incoraggiate e i problemi vengono discussi e risolti insieme.

Descrizione del lavoro:

Seguirai l'attività di progettazione di un gruppo di designer, nell’ottica di sviluppare ASIC per il mercato industrial e automotive. Gestirai le comunicazioni e le richieste del cliente, definendo le specifiche di progetto. Sarai responsabile della progettazione analogica e mixed-signal a livello di top level e/o full chip, gestendo le interazioni con gli altri team, digital e layout, e coordinando le attività dei designer analogici.

Il nostro ufficio si trova a Milano/Lucca, in posizione centrale.

Responsabilità:

  • Guidare la progettazione di un circuito integrato, a partire dalla definizione dei requisiti fino al rilascio sul mercato.

  • Definire l’architettura di sistema mediante analisi ad alto livello, per garantire il raggiungimento delle specifiche e il miglioramento delle performance, con contatti costanti con gli application engineer.

  • Assegnare attività ai membri del team, fornendo indicazioni e consigli di progettazione, tenendo monitorati i progressi, confrontandoli costantemente con le tempistiche prefissate.

  • Definire strategie di validazione e testing del chip in accordo con i test e validation engineer.

  • Definire simulation plan, verification plan, design checklist, analisi DFMEA e, in generale, le linee guida di progetto.

  • Interfacciarsi e discutere con il cliente durante tutto l’arco del progetto, per garantirne una buona soddisfazione.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica;

  • Atteggiamento positivo e approccio al lavoro di squadra;

  • Buona capacità di esposizione, anche in lingua inglese;

  • 5+ anni di esperienza in ambito di progettazione analogica;

  • Dimestichezza con diverse tecnologie BCD e CMOS, sia a livello di schematico che di layout.

Competenze utili da avere:

  • Esperienza con VHDL/Verilog;

  • Conoscenza di ambiente Linux;

  • Pregressa esperienza di gestione di un team di ingegneri;

  • Forte passione per la microelettronica e l'elettronica con solidi fondamenti in entrambi i campi;

  • Capacità di pensare fuori dagli schemi e sfidare le ipotesi precedenti per trovare le soluzioni migliori;

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato CCNL commercio, RAL base 45K annui (fino a 70K a seconda dell'esperienza);
