, authorities and accountability Strategize, implement, and maintain training program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and the Energy Transition. Ensure program priorities and solutions align with the organization's strategic direction. Work closely with project sponsor and cross-functional teams, to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Facilitating the designed Learning sessions in person. Facilitate engaging training sessions, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants. Utilize various instructional methods, such as role-playing, and multimedia resources, to enhance learning. Preparing the necessary materials and spaces. Design comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of diverse audiences. Incorporate relevant cultural topics and communication strategies into the content. Create supplementary resources, including handouts, guides, and multimedia materials, to support ongoing cultural learning. Managing the experience feedback segment: Implement assessment tools to evaluate participants' understanding and cultural competence. Leverage NPS, feedback and suggestions for improvement, fostering continuous learning. Managing the various programs on-line calendars Collaborating with the steering committee and stakeholders to integrate cultural competence into broader organizational initiatives.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Intercultural Studies, Education, Sociology, Learning & Development). Proven experience as a cultural trainer or in a similar role. Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication, diversity, equity and inclusion. Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions. Excellent and proven facilitation and presentation skills. Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse learning needs. Interpersonal skills to effectively connect with participants from different cultural backgrounds. Continuous learning mindset to stay informed about evolving cultural dynamics Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Be able to travel internationally to Baker Hughes locations. Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English. Have experience in program/project management and managing external delivery partners. Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving; ability to see the big picture
