We are looking for a Field ServiceEngineer, interested in the Measurement Intelligence industry forGas Analysis Solutions, to be hired with a permanent contract within the Process Automation area.

Your Challenge
Within the Digital IndustryOrganization, the Field Service Engineer will be responsible for drivingCustomer satisfaction through excellent delivery of installation, configurationand repair on site assigned tasks on our Analyser Systems and Gas Chromatographsystems. In particular, he will manage customer plants covered by maintenancecontracts ensuring the best installed gas analysis systems performances andreliability.
The engineer who takes this positionwill travel to a customer's site and troubleshoot, test, maintain, and/orcommission solutions using Siemens CGA products and industry technologyportfolio to satisfy industrial customer requirements and solve problems.
The main activities will be to:
Perform installation, configuration, repairs and training on assigned Analytical and Gas Chromatograph systems Ensure complete execution of all preventive maintenance on the assigned assets Work constantly with local Customer Service team Report all activities in order to satisfy Complaint Handling processes Interact with Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulationsTo be a perfect fit for this role, youhave:
Proven experience in a similar role Education Required Level: Bachelor degree in an engineering field or Technical Diploma Willingness to travel (80%) in Italy and sometimes abroad Previous experience in Customer facing roles Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives Car License Passion to never-stop growing Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge Proficiency in English and Italian, both writing and speaking Eligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offer:
