If you wish to gain experience about Customer Care Processes and related Tools within a multinational and dynamic company, don' miss the opportunity to join our Customer Care Process & Tools Team Indeed the team mission is to provide vision, guidelines and support to the whole Group Customer Care Department in terms of processes and digital tools, driven by the business and users needs.


How you will support the team:

You will help the colleagues in their daily activities such as:

- Activation of first AI functions in CRM in the group companies: support for the testing, training phases and drafting of the necessary documentation

- Support for the formal check and elaboration in CRM of the Knowledge articles produced by the Customer Service.

- c Transition to Cloud of the ERP system: support for the testing phase and for the drafting of the necessary documentation


More than this, you will be involved in the adoption and process tuning activities related to the Knowledge Articles new features that will enable further AI multilanguage functionalities.



What skills you have:

Pro-Active approach Openness and ability to collaborate with diverse and heterogeneous teams. Versatile approach in dealing with more different topics in the daily working time Ability in the organizational and activity planning Good skills in summarizing and content processing Versatility in using software and new technologies. Excellent knowledge of the Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Studies in Economics (student or graduate) Fluent English
