Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AIKO, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for gifted_GENE, our AI-powered predictive maintenance solution. The ideal candidate is a motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for technology, particularly in AI and SaaS, looking to advance in B2B tech sales. As an SDR, you’ll work to generate and qualify leads, building relationships with prospective customers in the satellite and space technology sectors.

Tasks

Market focus

The position will be focusing on the Western & Northern Europe Markets.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting, including Market Research, Outbound Outreach, Inbound Lead Qualification
  • Lead Qualification and Needs Assessment, including Initial Engagement, Qualifying Questions like BANT or MEDDIC, Lead Scoring
  • Pipeline Management and CRM Utilization, including Data Accuracy, Pipeline Tracking
  • Appointment Setting and Handoff, including Meeting Scheduling, Smooth Handoff with account executives
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and prospect engagement.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), email automation tools, and sales enablement platforms
  • Understanding of the sales process, especially in SaaS and tech-driven B2B environments
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales in industrial/enterprise context and in the EMEA & APAC Emerging Markets.
Preferred Experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of the automation/aerospace environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

  • Language proficiency: English, French and German preferred.
