With a strategic roadmap our global sales organization is able to ensure the highest level of consulting, delivery and operational excellence. We are looking for a Milan based Sales Development Representative (all genders) at HRS, your primary responsibility is to identify and generate new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations. You will proactively reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and initiate the sales process. This role is critical for driving growth within the enterprise segment and requires strong communication and prospecting skills.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential enterprise-level clients within the assigned territory or industry.
• Use various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking, to initiate contact.
Lead Qualification:
• Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit for our SaaS solutions.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring they meet the requirements for further engagement.
Sales Outreach:
• Initiate outbound sales calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce our SaaS solutions and value proposition.
• Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our SaaS products.
Sales Development:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Lead Nurturing:
• Build and maintain relationships with leads, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Educate leads about our SaaS solutions and their potential impact on their organization.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting and lead qualification activities using CRM software.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and management teams.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.
• Use market insights to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development or sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation and qualification.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
- Fluency in Italian and English, spoken and written
