Customer Care Agent (f/m/d) MEININGER Hotels Milan

MEININGER Hotels is looking for Customer Care Agents (f/m/d) who will be responsible for taking care of international guest requests via phone and mail. We offer training period and a hybrid work environment.

Quickly and accurately process bookings for our guests (from individual travelers to small groups of up to 20 people) for all our MEININGER HotelsBe the first point of contact for our guests prior to their stay and create a great experience for them through customer-oriented, friendly conversationsOffer our guests additional services provided by MEININGER or our partnersProcess payments, handle cancellations and manage complaints by assisting our guests in finding the optimum solutionAdjust room distribution across all MEININGER locations to optimize occupancyWork in close collaboration with other departments: Revenue, Sales and Group Sales YOUR PROFILE Professional training and minimum 1 year of professional experience in hospitality or service centerStrong customer orientation, excellent communication skills and multicultural savvyTeam player, adapting flexibly to new situationsStrong time management skills and ability to process multiple requests within short timeframeFluency in German and EnglishExcellent PC skills, knowledge of PMS or reservations system desirable (e.g. Sihot or ASSD)Ability to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and public holidaysCandidates living in Milan or Berlin ONLY** WHAT MEININGER OFFERS Attractive compensation packageFlexible working arrangements with the possibility of hybrid working2 extra days off to volunteer at your favourite NGOOpportunities to enrich your international experience working in our Customer Care offices in Berlin or MilanExtra vacation days (every year you spent with MEININGER- 1 extra day of vacation up to 5max.) and company jubileesQuarterly evaluation rounds to make sure you are happyEmployee events and team activities: M-Days, Christmas party, team building eventsStaff Nights and Friends & family Discount to enjoy our MEININGER HotelsPossibility of career progression within the MEININGER groupHybrid work, at least 2 days at the office in Berlin or Milan YOUR APPLICATION
