The position:

As part of the Customer Support team, you as a Technical Support Officer, will be responsible for functional tests of evolutions or new functionalities, analyzing and resolving incidents escalated by level 1 support, and handling complex topics directly with the end users if necessary.

Main missions: 

  • Ensure 2ᵉ level technical support by providing quality responses to customers’ technical requests in line with iRaiser’s commitment deadlines;
  • Assist level 1 support for the most complex and technical requests, and if necessary resume the exchange with the customer directly.
  • Analyze problems and, if necessary, escalate internally to ensure rapid resolution, in line with defined SLAs;
  • Manage the creation of clear service tickets and follow them through to resolution;
  • Analyze trends in support requests (recurring problems, repeated failure to understand how to use the product, product performance, etc.) and play an active role in improving service (suggest product developments, create/adapt documentation, etc.).
  • Provide customers and in-house staff with ongoing, rigorous training on iRaiser products;

You understand the basics of PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, SQL ;

You enjoy solving functional/technical problems;

You’re keen to improve your interpersonal skills by interacting with operational and/or technical contacts;

You are curious, meticulous and have a good sense of analysis;

You like teamwork and new technologies;

You are fluent in English and can ideally express yourself as well in French and/or Italian

Location: Milan, with hybrid or fully remote options also available
