Wealth Development Manager

La Direzione Wealth Management cura le attività di consulenza finanziaria e non finanziaria a favore dei Clienti ad elevata patrimonialità, fornendo in tale ambito il necessario supporto alla Rete di Vendita.
Più specificamente, l’Ufficio Wealth Development, all’interno della Divisione Wealth Competence Management, sta cercando una risorsa per il ruolo di Wealth Development Manager con sede a Roma e copertura del territorio di Lazio e Campania e che dovrà occuparsi di :
- curare le relazioni con la Rete di Vendita di Banca Mediolanum, indirizzando bisogni e necessità della Clientela ad alta patrimonialità verso le soluzioni di Wealth Management disponibili;
- incontrare Clienti e prospect ad alta patrimonialità in supporto alla Rete per veicolare i servizi e l’offerta commerciale della Banca;
- definire le priorità di intervento delle funzioni specialistiche della Sede in funzione del soddisfacimento delle esigenze dei Clienti ad alta patrimonialità;
- supportare e coordinare gli uffici specialistici di Sede nella predisposizione della documentazione ad hoc a supporto degli incontri con la Clientela ad alta patrimonialità finalizzata alla definizione di una proposta commerciale;
- supportare i Family Banker nelle attività propedeutiche all’incontro con clienti e prospect.
Profilo competenze
La risorsa che cerchiamo corrisponde al seguente profilo :
- laurea preferibilmente in discipline economiche / finanziarie o percorsi assimilabili;
- esperienza di almeno 7 anni in ruoli assimilabili a contatto con la clientela;
- buona conoscenza dei principali processi di consulenza e collocamento, sia in relazione alle normative di riferimento che ai prodotti offerti dal mercato;
- significative capacità relazionali e di comunicazione, capacità di analisi e sintesi e flessibilità della gestione del tempo e delle priorità.
