Siamo alla ricerca di un* Strategy Director che voglia entrare a far parte della nostra realtà e contribuire alla gestione e sviluppo dell’area Strategy.
Sarai responsabile della business unit Strategy, a livello metodologico e operativo, dalla gestione di un team dedicato alla definizione dei verticali di offerta in brand strategy, digital strategy e social media strategy.
Requisiti Richiesti:
- Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Business o campi correlati.
- Esperienza significativa nel settore digitale, preferibilmente in un'agenzia o in un ruolo simile.
- Capacità dimostrata di sviluppare e attuare strategie off e on line di successo per garantire la riconoscibilità del brand, la crescita e la connessione con le audience di riferimento.
- Capacità di raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare dati relativi al comportamento dei consumatori, alle tendenze di mercato e al posizionamento competitivo, e di sintetizzare una analisi per la definizione di obiettivi/KPI e insight rilevanti.
- Ottima capacità di gestione dei processi per l'ottimizzazione dei motori di ricerca (SEO), marketing sui motori di ricerca (SEM) e analisi dei social media.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione.
- Leadership comprovata e abilità nella gestione dei team.
- Creatività e pensiero innovativo.
Responsabilità principali:
- Leadership Strategica: Guidare la creazione, l'attuazione e la misurazione delle strategie off e on line. Assicurarsi che le strategie siano innovative, efficaci e ben allineate con gli obiettivi dei clienti.
- Gestione del Team: Supervisionare e sviluppare un team di strategist off e on line, garantendo che il team sia motivato, informato e focalizzato sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
- Collaborazione con i Clienti: Lavorare a stretto contatto con i clienti per comprendere i loro bisogni aziendali, tradurli in strategie off e on line efficaci e assicurarsi che le aspettative dei clienti siano superate.
- Analisi e Ricerca: Conduzione di ricerche di mercato approfondite e analisi dei dati per identificare tendenze, opportunità e minacce nel mercato digitale.
- Innovazione e Creatività: Implementare approcci innovativi e creativi nelle strategie digitali per distinguersi nel mercato.
- Competenza in Brand Strategy: Capacità di sviluppare e implementare strategie di branding efficaci, che comprendano posizionamento del marchio, identità del brand, canali di comunicazione e storytelling.
- Comunicazione Efficace: Presentare e comunicare le strategie ai clienti e ai membri interni del team in modo chiaro e convincente.
- Gestione del Budget: Assicurarsi che tutte le attività di strategia rientrino nei budget assegnati, ottimizzando le risorse per massimizzare il ritorno sull'investimento.
- Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavorare con altri reparti (es. marketing, creativo, tecnico) per garantire una strategia integrata e coesa, supportando anche alle funzioni di pitching e upselling.
- Monitoraggio e Ottimizzazione: Monitorare continuamente le prestazioni delle strategie implementate e apportare le necessarie ottimizzazioni.
