Posizione

Nell'ambito del potenziamento dell’area Engagement Development , stiamo ricercando Consultant da inserire all’interno del team Financial Institutions .

In un contesto fortemente dinamico, saranno coinvolti nello sviluppo di progetti in ambito Engagement, Loyalty e Incentive per importanti aziende clienti.

Supportiamo i clienti nella progettazione e implementazione di nuovi modelli di ingaggio, con l’obiettivo di rendere ogni fase della customer journey più coinvolgente e, quindi, generare un vantaggio competitivo creando un impatto significativo sui consumatori. Combinando experience design e gamified interaction , il team Engagement favorisce l’ingaggio e la fidelizzazione del consumatore.

Creiamo programmi Loyalty ed Engagement di successo, sfruttando logiche di ingaggio guidate dai dati. Gli advanced analytics identificano cluster comportamentali utili per avviare un dialogo personalizzato con ogni singolo consumatore, aiutando a misurare i ritorni.

Il/la candidato/a parteciperà attivamente allo sviluppo strategico e alla creazione del progetto attraverso l’analisi dei trend di mercato e della customer base del cliente; collaborerà alla definizione e stima dei benefici dell'iniziativa fino alla formalizzazione del contratto.

Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea, preferibilmente in Marketing o Economia;
  • 2-4 anni di esperienza , preferibilmente in consulenza o in società di marketing;
  • Partecipazione a progetti complessi di marketing e fidelizzazione per aziende clienti del settore Financial Institutions;
  • Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point;
  • Padronanza di tematiche in ambito: CRM, Digital Transformation, Consumer Promo e/o Project Management ;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese,
  • Buone doti organizzative, relazionali e capacità di sintesi.

Completano il profilo:

  • Conoscenza di una seconda lingua (spagnolo e/o tedesco);
  • Forte interesse verso tematiche di Loyalty ed Engagement;
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e forte orientamento al risultato;
  • Problem solving e inclinazione a lavorare per obiettivi,
  • Team working e spiccate capacità relazionali.
  • Ambiente di lavoro stimolante che favorisce la crescita professionale e i percorsi di carriera;
  • Elevata autonomia e responsabilità;
  • Rapporto diretto con il management aziendale e con i clienti;
  • Coinvolgimento su progetti per clienti prestigiosi appartenenti a diversi settori, anche a livello internazionale,
  • Modalità di lavoro ibrido.
