Trade Marketing Internship

Per il rafforzamento del nostro team di Trade Marketing, cerchiamo un intern a riporto del Trade Category Manager.
Il candidato, inserito all’interno della struttura Trade Marketing Mercato Italia, affiancherà il Trade Category Manager nello sviluppo commerciale della categorie di riferimento gestendo in prima persona progetti di sviluppo e innovazione.
Attraverso un percorso di Training on the Job nella funzione, acquisirà competenze cross-funzionali e manageriali nel Trade Marketing, gestendo in particolare le seguenti attività:
- Strutturare report periodici per il tracking dei dati sell in & sell out divisi per area, canale e cliente; da cui poi individuare e condividere raccomandazioni di business
- Tracking delle iniziative trade in termini di efficacia promozionale ed esecuzione, estrapolando le relative raccomandazioni che andranno a comporre le linee guida di categoria (scaffale, assortimento, distribuzione, priorità promo)
- Affiancamento nelle gestione dei contatti con le agenzie per lo sviluppo di materiali per il canale fisico e on-line
- Collaborare con l’area Marketing per lo sviluppo delle categorie di riferimento e definizione e implementazione dei piani della categoria
- Affiancamento alla forza vendita per lo sviluppo del business e la gestione della categoria
- Supportare e coadiuvare il lavoro del Category per i forecast di volumi
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e Power Point
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Proattivo, responsabile e affidabile
- Capace di pensare fuori dagli schemi
- Passione per il mondo del food and beverage
- Costituirà elemento preferenziale una pregressa esperienza nel trade marketing
Completano il profilo: buona capacità di analisi e sintesi, predisposizione al lavoro in team, flessibilità, orientamento al risultato e proattività.
