Il target principale del lavoro e della base di clienti è nel settore della cardiologia, compresa la terapia di emergenza, rianimazione e intensiva. Le principali responsabilità includono:
• Aumentare la consapevolezza nel proprio territorio visitando gli ospedali e parlando con i medici del rischio di SCA per promuovere le prescrizioni (base clienti nuova ed esistente);
• Sviluppare e fornire su richiesta un piano d'azione per raggiungere nuovi clienti in cui la consapevolezza è bassa;
• Pianificazione ed esecuzione di corsi di formazione e introduzioni sui prodotti per medici e personale ospedaliero;
• Rendicontazione delle attività e dei progressi a intervalli regolari;
• Servizi di supporto ai pazienti, inclusa la hotline di supporto tecnico (24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7);
• Monitoraggio dei pazienti in rete online per la discussione con i medici;
• Partecipare, fare rete e fare pubblicità a importanti conferenze internazionali di cardiologia;
• Partecipazione a corsi di formazione sui prodotti e sulle vendite in preparazione delle attività di vendita e marketing;
• Stretta collaborazione con i reparti di Amministrazione, Vendite e Marketing.
