KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve processes.
  • Coordinate tasks with the logistics team to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Any previous experience in customer service or similar roles is considered a plus.
