JOB TITLE: FP&A & Business Controller
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full time
Owning and delivering periodic reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis) across business units and departments.
Conducting cost controlling and performance analysis to monitor profitability and efficiency.
Acting as a business partner for marketing, operations, and product teams, providing financial insights to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborating with tech and BI teams to improve financial data automation and build scalable reporting tools.
Continuously improving processes within FP&A and management control.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or financial analysis roles within dynamic and fast-paced environments.
~ Strong analytical skills and excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data automation).
~ Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
~ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
~ Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems is a plus.
