The Role of Guest Services Agent / Bell Attendant The Guest Services Agent will be responsible for guest transport, greeting guests, assisting them with their luggage during arrival and departure and managing errands. Other responsibilities will be ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room and assisting guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, adding your personal recommendations and touches in order to provide our guests the highest levels of service excellence. Our Ideal Guest Services Agentcandidate will have: Previous Front Office experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and a team spirit approach. This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal. You must possess a valid driving licence and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application. Fluency in English and Italian is required for this position.
