Employee - Profile with Medium Seniority, dedicated to office management activities with a predominant focus on optimizing Sales functions.

Lionard is seeking an Office Sales Coordinator for the Florence, Milan and Rome offices.

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out Office Management activities such as:

  • Inbound call and mail management, especially related to sales, according to Sales Department performance KPIs;
  • Management of the office to ensure its full operation (optimization of spaces and their use) and maintain an image consistent with the company's positioning;
  • Front office activities addressed to clients, candidates and suppliers;
  • Support in organizing the sales team's agenda and finalizing appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, at least three years, in business or humanities (languages, communication and marketing, law);
  • Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 certified or fluent level resulting from recent professional and/or study abroad experience);
  • Excellent business skills and strong luxury awareness;
  • Excellent organizational skills and cultural background;
  • Familiarity with major IT tools.
