Freight Sales Professional Wanted for Milan Office

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Freight Sales Professional to join our team in Milan, Italy. As an Italian-speaking Forwarding Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in representing our company's products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Represent our company's solutions to meet customers' needs and stay updated on market trends.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure quotas are being met and company standards are upheld.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers to understand their issues and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken (Japanese language would be a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A driving licence is not essential but would be a plus.
- Open-minded, confident, loyal, hard-working, and passionate, with a desire to continually learn and improve.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
