TBR/AG Specialist North East Italy

Per la Business Unit Commercial Products Italia - che si occupa della promozione e vendita di pneumatici Agricoltura, pneumatici e soluzioni in ambito Autocarro, la risorsa sarà responsabile del raggiungimento e superamento degli obiettivi di dipartimento nell’area assegnata. La risorsa analizzerà portafoglio clienti e sua evoluzione, e il potenziale di area per generare nuove opportunità di business. Alla risorsa verranno affidate la promozione, lo sviluppo e la gestione di tutte le attività di Value Selling per i prodotti TBR (Autocarro) nonché le vendite del prodotto Agricoltura. Pianificherà le vendite e, attraverso uno specifico programma commerciale, si occuperà di consulenza alle flotte di autotrasporto, in linea con la strategia e i valori aziendali, sia direttamente che in supporto al network di operatori nell’area assegnata.
La risorsa si occuperà nello specifico di:
- Sviluppare e consolidare le attività di vendita nel territorio assegnato.
- Monitorare e trasferire, tramite una serie di controlli periodici e programmati, dati relativi a performance di acquisto dei clienti e flotte di trasporto, profittabilità, performance di prodotto, reportistica, secondo le linee guida della Value Selling.
- Gestione e sviluppo clienti (Flotte e Dealer specializzati, Concessionarie Truck Autocarro).
Le province di competenza saranno: Belluno, Gorizia, Padova, Pordenone, Rovigo, Trieste, Treviso, Udine, Venezia.
Principali aree di responsabilità
- VENDITE TBR Autocarro, RTD Ricostruito e Agricoltura
- Assicurare i risultati di vendita TBR Nuovo, RTD Ricostruito e Agricoltura come da budget
- Assicurare i mix di prodotto come da Budget
- Assicurare le vendite per canale come da budget
- Individuare e proporre contratti di collaborazione (CB/3PA/PPK)
- Analizzare le vendite per cliente/canale vs Budget e storico
- Presentare campagne promozionali e iniziative di marketing
- Garantire coinvolgimento e supporto nelle attività di promozione prodotto presso utenti finali
- Garantire partecipazione a eventi di formazione e workshop
- Sviluppare copertura territoriale, individuare nuovi clienti e consolidare esistenti
- Gestire le vendite in funzione dei fidi
- Attivarsi per il recupero delle partite scadute
Requisiti
- Diploma o Laurea in materie Tecnico-Economiche, Marketing o studi affini
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione
- Capacità di negoziazione (livello avanzato)
- Conoscenze di Marketing applicate al mercato di riferimento
- Approccio positivo, apertura mentale e capacità di risoluzione problemi
- Reportistica, comprensione delle logiche di profitto e marginalità
- Conoscenza e utilizzo pacchetto Office – in particolare Excel, Powerpoint e altri tools (es: CRM, applicativi, APP, ecc..)
- Competenze digitali
- Lingue: Italiano fluente/ Inglese: buon livello (considerato un plus)
Si richiede preferibilmente residenza in Veneto o Friuli Venezia Giulia
Esperienza
- Esperienza in ruoli di vendita
- Comprovata capacità di raggiungere e superare obiettivi di vendita assegnati
- Esperienza matura in contesti strutturati internazionali e in organizzazioni a matrice
- Preferibile aver esperienza anche di altre funzioni, es. marketing, tecnico-commerciale, etc. presso organizzazioni con sistema distributivo complesso
- Conoscenza logiche B2B e/o B2B2C applicate al settore Automotive e/o di produzione e vendita pneumatici, settore ricambi, Retail, Servizi (Automotive e/o tecnico)
