Posizione: Customer Experience & Brand Coordinator Manager
Descrizione:
Sviluppa e implementa strategie per migliorare l'esperienza del cliente, assicurando che tutti i touchpoint siano in linea con gli standard e i valori del brand.
Monitoraggio e analisi della customer satisfaction attraverso strumenti avanzati di feedback e reportistica, identificando aree di miglioramento e implementando piani d'azione per ottimizzare l'esperienza.
Collaborare con il team marketing per lo sviluppo di contenuti e materiali promozionali, assicurando che l'immagine del brand sia sempre coerente e di impatto.
Partecipare alle fiere internazionali del settore maggiormente in linea con le strategie commerciali.
Profilo del Candidato:
Master in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management o affini.
Esperienza minima di 4/5 anni in ruoli simili in realtà del settore hospitality & Tourism; strutture alberghiere segmento Luxury, Tour Operator, DMC.
Eccellente padronanza dell'inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.
Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e negoziazione.
Forte orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
