Um unser Opening Team zu vervollständigen, suchen wir ab sofort eine/n motivierte/n und engagierte/n Director of Front of House der/die mit uns gemeinsam auf die spannende Reise der Wiedereröffnung geht.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Vorantreiben und Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Departments, Front Office inkl. dem Bell Desk Team, Front Office Night-, Butler und Housekeeping Team.
  • Aufrechterhaltung der hohen Service- und Gastfreundschaftsstandards von Rosewood durch Überwachung und Prüfung der Teamleistungen.
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der gesamten Rooms Abteilung und regelmäßige Qualitätsüberprüfung sowie Sicherung, damit alle Brand-, Forbes- und LQA Standards eingehalten werden können.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Systeme wie z.B. Opera, Alice, GoAudits, Canary, Knowcross, Knowhousekeeping, TAC and TrustYou.
  • Evaluierung, Optimierung und Anpassung von Abläufen sowie Mitgestaltung des Rooms Budgets und Forecasts.
  • Unterstützung des Wachstums der Teammitglieder mit Mentoring, Empowerment und Schulungen sowie Erstellung individueller Entwicklungspläne.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und verfügst bereits über einschlägige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Gastgeber- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch und hast Freude daran diese auch anzuwenden.
  • Du besitzt die Liebe zum Detail und lässt nichts unversucht, unseren Gästen einen einzigartigen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.
  • Ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen sowie Multitasking Fähigkeiten sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Ein Ausgeprägter Sinn für Verantwortlichkeit und die Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und etwas zu erreichen sind essentiell.
  • Teamführungskompetenzen um ein positives und respektvolles Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen sind Grundvoraussetzung für uns.

Der kollektivvertragliche monatliche Mindestbruttolohn für diese Position liegt bei € 2.285,-.
Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist für diese Position selbstverständlich gegeben und richtet sich nach Ihren Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrungen.
