Sarai responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento di tutte le fasi di una transazione immobiliare rispettando le normative del settore e soddisfacendo le esigenze di tutte le parti coinvolte. Nello specifico ti occuperai di: Analizzare e valutare le opportunità di transazione immobiliare, considerando fattori come la redditività, il rischio e la compatibilità con gli obiettivi aziendali. Supervisionare e coordinare l'intero processo di transazione, dalla ricerca delle proprietà alla negoziazione e alla conclusione dell'affare. Condurre indagini approfondite sulla proprietà oggetto della transazione, verificando la sua storia legale, fisica e finanziaria. Essere il principale punto di contatto tra le parti coinvolte nella transazione, inclusi venditori, acquirenti, agenti immobiliari, avvocati e istituti finanziari. Garantire la preparazione e la gestione accurata di tutta la documentazione necessaria per la transazione, inclusi contratti, accordi di vendita, e documenti legali. Assicurarsi che tutte le fasi della transazione rispettino le normative del settore e le leggi vigenti, compresi i requisiti fiscali e legali. Sei il /la candidata ideale se hai Formazione Economia, Gestione Aziendale o Immobiliare. Esperienza comprovata come Transaction Manager o in ruoli simili nel settore immobiliare. Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche del settore immobiliare, comprese le tendenze di mercato e le normative locali. Abilità analitiche per valutare la fattibilità e la redditività delle transazioni. Eccellenti competenze comunicative, sia verbali che per iscritto. Abilità avanzate nella negoziazione contrattuale e risoluzione delle controversie. Capacità di gestire e rispettare le scadenze durante transazioni complesse. Collaborazione efficace con vari stakeholder, inclusi avvocati, agenti immobiliari e istituti finanziari. Orientamento alla soddisfazione del cliente attraverso la gestione efficiente delle transazioni. Conoscenza delle normative del settore immobiliare e attenzione alla conformità. Formazione continua con piani di Induction strutturati per i nuovi ingressi in azienda e percorsi specifici in funzione del Ruolo/Area. Se previsto dalla mansione potrai lavorare in modalità agile, grazie alle politiche applicate in azienda. Ambiente smart e collaborativo. Possibilità di crescita professionale.
