Per la Business Unit Automotive, per la sede di Roma, ricerchiamo un Head of Marketing. Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a, a riporto del CEO, si occuperà di: Definire e sviluppare prodotti, canali, piattaforme e partnership, nonché pianificare attività di Marketing Strategico ed Operativo; Creare e gestire campagne di marketing B2B e B2C, sviluppando azioni strategiche di promozione e favorendo una comunicazione integrata, coerente e persuasiva; Definire politiche di prodotto, prezzo, comunicazione, promozione, monitorandone periodicamente i relativi impatti sul business; Supportare le vendite attraverso l'organizzazione di contest, eventi ed incentive per la rete commerciale, definizione di Loyalty Program, contributo alla realizzazione di iniziative cross-selling e up-selling; Favorire un approccio data driven, per identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e migliorare l'efficacia delle campagne; Massimizzare i lead, convertendo il traffico delle piattaforme digitali attraverso call-to-action, landing page e contenuti per la lead generation inbound; Ottimizzare i processi di marketing automation e di lead nurturing; Individuare e sviluppare progettualità innovative in ambito automotive; Gestire il budget assegnato, monitorando costantemente le performance. Requisiti: Laurea in Marketing/Comunicazione; Comprovata esperienza di almeno 8 anni in analogo ruolo; Capacità di gestire e coordinare progetti complessi; Conoscenza approfondita di strumenti quali: Hubspot, Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media; Eccellenti competenze analitiche e di budgeting; Capacità di pianificare le attività promozionali per canali legati al mondo digitale; Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in team; Spiccate doti di proattività, creatività, curiosità, innovazione, oltre che eccellenti capacità comunicative, relazionali e negoziali per gestire le relazioni con interlocutori a tutti i livelli; Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
