We are currently looking for a Head of Delivery - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will be at the helm of our delivery organization, ensuring project success and elevating our clients' experiences. Your leadership will steer a team of specialists and cultivate a culture of excellence that delivers complex software solutions efficiently. With the unique opportunity to manage a diverse talent network, you will drive innovation and operational excellence in AI project delivery, ultimately contributing to the transformation of enterprise capabilities. Build the product of delivery: Design and optimize the processes, systems, and tools that enable complex software and AI projects.
Drive operational excellence: Implement frameworks for quality, performance, and profitability, ensuring delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Lead and develop the delivery function: Manage and grow a team focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Create models for project execution and feedback that enhance speed and quality.
Oversee delivery performance: Analyze project metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
8+ years of experience in leading delivery, operations, or customer success in a technical or consulting setting.
~ Proven track record in managing complex software or technical project implementations across large enterprises.
~ Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience driving excellence in distributed teams.
~ Excellent communication skills to engage technical and executive stakeholders effectively.
~ Strategic thinker balancing customer outcomes, delivery quality, and business performance.
~ Experience in leading distributed or hybrid teams, adapting to varied talent models.
