Cafezal ha 6 punti vendita a Milano, e oltre al caffè, produce internamente tutta la sua pasticceria artigianale e linea di pani. Siamo un'azienda in piena espansione sul territorio Milanese e Italiano con oltre 40 dipendenti, e offriamo ai nostri attuali e futuri collaboratori diverse opportunità di crescita.Il Tuo RuoloQuesta è una posizione full-time come Pasticcere presso Cafezal Specialty Coffee Roasters, all'interno della nostra sede /laboratorio di produzione a Milano in Via San Gregorio 29. Tu lavorerai all'interno di una squadra di 4 persone e avrai la responsabilità e opportunità di dimostrare tutta la tua artigianalità e capacità sia nella produzione dei prodotti lievitati /viennoiserie (sopratutto), pasticcini, dolci da credenza, cioccolati, ecc, e sarà un plus se conosci anche la panificazione artigianale moderna. Stiamo valutando sia figura junior che senior (Responsabile Pasticceria). Essere molto attenta/o ai dettagli, e capace di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e con alto volume di produzione Formazione tecnica in pasticceria moderna; Esperienza nel controllo qualità, HACCP e nella gestione dell'inventario Ottime capacità nella decorazione dei prodotti e idee di confezionamento Lavoro full-time, 40h/settimane (preferibilmente) Turno notturno/mattutino
