Per la nostra sede di Milano cerchiamo una persona che sarà inserita all’interno della struttura organizzativa PROGETTI SPECIALI , nell’area SVILUPPO MERCATO E PROGETTI SPECIALI , responsabile della gestione dei progetti complessi di sviluppo e trasformazione del business, ritenuti strategici per la società.
Offriamo opportunità di inserimento nella società Unareti, che si occupa di gestire le reti di distribuzione di gas ed energia elettrica in diversi comuni della Lombardia (ca. 1500 persone).

Ti occuperai di
- Supportare le Strutture Organizzative della Società nella gestione dei progetti complessi di sviluppo e trasformazione del business, in generale progetti ritenuti di rilevanza strategica per Unareti;
- Garantire il funzionamento del Program Management dei progetti di Unareti negli ambiti Eccellenza Operativa, Digitalizzazione, Transizione Energetica e Regolazione Elaborare business case e analisi quali/quantitative finalizzati ad indirizzare scelte di business;
- Valutare nuove iniziative mediante la predisposizione di business plan in coordinamento con le altre funzioni coinvolte;
- Effettuare, in collaborazione con altri reparti del Gruppo, analisi e valutazione degli impatti economici delle evoluzioni normative e regolatorie di settore;
- Valutare la redditività economico-finanziaria per la partecipazione alle gare e alle iniziative M&A in ambito elettrico e gas;
- Effettuare il monitoraggio e rendicontazione economica di commesse/progetti rilevanti per la Società;
- Svolgere le attività classiche del project manager.
Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo
- Laurea in discipline STEM;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni (costituisce titolo preferenziale aver lavorato nel settore Energy & Utilities o in primarie società di consulenza);
- Capacità di analisi dati, con particolare focus su analisi economico-finanziarie;
- Esperienza di Project e Program Management;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare Excel e Power Point);
- Completano il profilo: orientamento ai risultati, spirito di curiosità, determinazione; ottime competenze relazionali e comunicative e con una naturale predisposizione alla collaborazione e al team working; approccio analitico nella gestione e pianificazione delle attività; forte senso di responsabilità e buon livello di autonomia nella gestione di attività e progetti assegnati.
